Specialities of the house: Local cuisine, Bettelmatt onion soup, fondue and Bettelmatt Ossolani gnocchi with walnuts, brasati, spezzatini, salmì, roast pork and beef, rabbit, poultry, raised and prepared on the premises. Home made deserts ranging from simple bread puddings and strudel, to Alpine tiramisù, garnished with ricotta cheese and fresh cream. The building previously used as a barn, has been completely renovated and restructured to offer a warm and inviting environment. In addition to enjoying the not to be missed cuisine, guests can also stay in comfortable rooms with wood interiors and private bathrooms. From the outskirts of Crampiolo there are many lovely walks, along the great lake of Devero, better known as Codelago.
